What is Nana's Tech Support?Nana’s Tech Support provides personalized, in-home technology coaching services for seniors. We help seniors build confidence with their devices and technology through patient, judgement-free support and guidance. We work directly with consumers and with senior living communities, and other businesses involved with the care of elderly adults. Nana's Tech Support is like a personal trainer for your digital well-being.

Who can use your services?Our services are tailored for seniors, but anyone needing extra help with technology or just needs someone to connect with is welcome to book a session.

Where are your services available?We proudly serve Linn, Benton and surrounding counties in Oregon, with plans to expand to new markets in the future. All of our appointments are located at the client's home, or another place of their choosing. (ie library, Verizon, Xfinity location)

What services do you offer?Our coaches will accomplish as much as possible during your allotted appointment time. These tasks may include

Can you help me set up a new device?Absolutely! We can help you set up a new device, install apps, and customize settings to suit your preferences.

Can you help me stay safe online?Yes! We provide guidance on recognizing scams, creating strong passwords, and other cybersecurity best practices.

Do you repair hardware?No. We do not repair hardware. However, we can help diagnose issues and recommend trusted repair services or sensible upgrade options.

How can I book a session?Appointments can be booked through our website or by calling or emailing us. Our online booking platform allows customers to book a minimum of 6 hours in advance. If you require an appointment sooner, give us a call and we will do our best to accommodate you based on our coaches' schedules.

How long are the coaching sessions?Appointments range from 45 minutes to a maximum of 3 hours.

Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?Yes. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid any fees.

Do you offer group sessions?Yes. Contact us about your group to discuss pricing and details.

How much do your services cost?Our pricing depends on level of assistance that is needed and ultimately the time it takes to accomplish the desired outcomes. Our sessions start at $49.

How do I pay for a session?We accept credit/debit cards online and in person via tap to pay. We also accept cash, but our coaches do not carry change with them.

Will you save my personal information or device data?No. We do not save, store, or retain any personal or device-related information after the session. Your privacy is our top priority and we treat every customer like our own Nana.

What if I don't understand something after the session?No problem! You can contact us with follow-up questions, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

Can I book a session for someone else?Of course! Make it easy on your loved ones and simply schedule a time that's convenient for them.

What if my problem can't be solved during the session?We'll do all we can to assist you, including helping navigate customer service departments of *third parties that may be required to achieve your desired outcome. Some issues may be outside of our tech coaches' abilities to solve. In such cases, we will assist you in seeking out the proper service provider. *third parties typically include cellphone or internet providers, but could include anything from help resetting
