Nana’s Tech Support exists to help people who feel overwhelmed or confused by their “smart” technology.

Our Story

We aim to help our customers turn their tech frustration into tech confidence. At Nana’s Tech Support, we recognize the importance of staying connected in today's digital age, but we also understand that navigating smartphones, tablets, and other gadgets can be daunting.​

We are dedicated to providing patient, one-on-one coaching, tailored to each individual's needs and preferences.​

Whether you're struggling to send an email, set up a video call with loved ones, or simply want to learn how to make the most of your device's features, we're here to help. Our approach is friendly, empathetic, and always focused on empowering you to feel confident and comfortable with your technology.​

The founder of Nana's Tech Support, Jake Callis, saw a need for a more personalized approach to technology education and customer service while working at a local franchise phone store. As a smartphone salesman, he was incentivized to sell the product, with no incentive to teach how to use it. The steady advancement of smartphone capabilities also increased costs and confusion, causing the need for extra help to rise accordingly.  

Nana's Tech Support sells zero products, but can help you understand many of yours, and even help you deal with their customer service departments. We treat every customer like our own Nana. We strive to give our clients the best advice, guidance, and assistance with whatever they want to accomplish.

Our Name

“Nana,”  is a name dedicated to the owner’s mother. His nieces and nephews all refer to her as Nana. Although she is quite tech-savvy, her mother and aunts were the first "customers" of Nana’s Tech Support. We are thankful to be able to assist our loved ones when needed, but recognize that not every Nana (or Papa) has someone willing or able to assist them with all of the tech issues that modern life throws at them.
